बसकि दुश्वार है हर काम का आसाँ होना
आदमी को भी मुयस्सर नहीं इंसाँ होना

1a) it's difficult to such an extent for every task to be easy
1b) although it's difficult for every task to be easy

2) even/also for a human, it's not attainable/attained/easy to become humane

गिरया चाहे है ख़राबी मिरे काशाने की
दर‐ओ‐दीवार से टपके है बयाबाँ होना

1) weeping wants the ruin of my house
2) from doors and walls there drips 'being a desert'

वाए दीवानगी-ए शौक़ कि हर दम मुझ को
आप जाना उधर और आप ही हैराँ होना

1) alas, the madness of passion! --that at every moment/breath I 
2) myself have to go in that direction, and only/emphatically myself have to be amazed

की मिरे क़तल के बाद उस ने जफ़ा से तौबा
हाए उस ज़ूद-पशेमाँ का पशेमाँ होना

1) after my murder, she swore off cruelty/tyranny
2) alas-- the repenting of that quick-repenter!

हैफ़ उस चार गिरिह कपड़े की क़िस्मत ग़ालिब
जिस की क़िस्मत में हो आशिक़ का गरेबाँ होना

1) alas for the 'cutting out'/destiny of that four measures of cloth, Ghalib
2) in the destiny/'cutting out' of which would be, to be a lover's collar!
